Coming to Tokyo for the first time can be a bit overwhelming, and you will see many things that you don’t understand. On this tour, you will experience two fun and informational day tours with your own private guide. Ask them anything you always wanted to know about Japan while discovering some interesting areas in Tokyo!
On the last day of the tour, you will have a free day for which you can choose one of our optional tours, or you can spend it exploring the city independently. You will stay in a western-style hotel in the Shinjuku or Akihabara area, both neighborhoods with a very lively nightlife and plenty of shopping options.

Tour Itinerary
Welcome to Japan! You will be greeted by an English-speaking assistant at the airport and get a transfer to your hotel. You will stay at Hotel Gracery Shinjuku or a similar hotel. This hotel opened in 2015 in the heart of Shinjuku and is famous for its giant Godzilla head on the roof. It is centrally located and you can discover the district that’s famous for its shopping and nightlife on foot.

Today, after breakfast, you get to enjoy Tokyo Disneyland for the whole day. No guide service is provided, you can simply take a monorail to entrance of Tokyo Disneyland on your own. There is also a big shopping mall near Tokyo Disneyland called Ikspiari where you can enjoy great shopping and having a nice dinner. Your hotel concierge is happy to give you directions if necessary.

Your guide will pick you up at the hotel and the day starts with a visit to the very popular but hard to get in Ghibli Museum Mitaka Museum. The Ghibli Museum has a variety of exhibitions of the amazing work of Hayao Miyazaki including the Cat Bus and a large Totoro waiting to greet you at the entrance. At the gift shop, you can find some exclusive Ghibli movie merchandise.
Next up is Nakano Broadway, a shopping complex famous for its many stores selling popular and rare anime items and idol goods. Those who love subcultures will have a field day in this otaku paradise!
Then, we move to bay area and take a helicopter tour over the Tokyo area : 15 to 20 mini. It’s marvelous views from Helicopter and good memory for your Japan trip. Tokyo is one of the biggest city in the world and view from helicopter is super !!
We will then return to Shinjuku where we immerse ourselves in the world of E-sports. E-sports have become a major industry, as some of the top gamers around the world battle each other in a wide range of games for huge sums of money.

We start the day in teenage fashion heaven Harajuku after your guide meets you in your hotel lobby. You will learn more about the history of this area, see some nice backstreet alleys, and of course, you will get the opportunity to enter some of the shops and try some fashionable food items as well.
In Shibuya, you will be fully immersed in the well-known Shibuya Crossing, one of the world’s busiest crossings. This area is a bit of a maze with many cross-streets, but your guide will show you around expertly. We will also visit a game company that is still a start-up where you can see the game-making process from up close.
Then, we will visit Teamlabo Toyosu. The exhibition in Toyosu specializes in the experience of combining light with water. Therefore, before entering, everyone will be asked to remove their shoes and leave them in a locker and fold the pants up to the size of the knees.
And last but not least, we will visit otaku paradise Akihabara. First, the guide will take you to a game arcade and explain how to play the games you are interested in. Then, the guide will explain the area to you and tell you where you should look, and you will have some time to browse around at your leisure. Of course, the guide is always available for questions. After that, we will visit a themed restaurant for a very special dinner.
