Haneda Airport Transfer Information
Please note the following when booking an airport transfer with us:
- The payment needs to be received by us before departure. You can pay by credit card or bank transfer.
- For the prices shown above, you can bring one large suitcase, one piece of hand luggage, and one small backpack per person in order to fit in the car or minibus. If you are bringing more than that, we will give you a revised quote for a larger vehicle.
- For the prices shown above, the drop-off area is within Tokyo’s 23 wards. If your drop-off is outside of Tokyo’s 23 wards, we will give you a revised quote.
- Please note that the driver will wait for you from your airplane’s landing time. This means that if your landing time is 3 pm, the driver will be waiting for you at the airport from 3 pm. If you arrive earlier, please wait for the driver to arrive at the plane’s scheduled landing time. Also please don’t worry if it takes you a bit longer to get out of the airport if COVID-19 testing is done at the airport, your driver will wait for you at no extra charge.
